How does the process work?

It is just a few steps from order to delivery!  First, you’ll pay a deposit to begin your order.  Next, you will be contacted by the artist and arrange for delivery of your pictures via email or regular mail.  Then, within 48 hours of receipt of your pictures, you’ll receive an email proof for your approval.  When you approve the poster, you’ll pay the balance, choose a shipping option and your poster will be on the way!

Is your work guaranteed? 

ABSOLUTELY!  If your proof does not meet your expectations, you are not obligated for the remaining balance. 

Can you take the pictures?

We would love to!  If you live in Southeastern Virginia, you can easily arrange for our photographer to come to you.  We are willing to travel ANYWHERE in the U.S., but obviously you’ll have to cover the costs of travel.  There is no charge for travel costs for group events, provided there are enough teams and players to warrant the expense of travel.

Can I order multiples of the same poster? 

YES!  Second copies (and thirds, fourths, etc) are available for 50% of the cost of the original.  However, keep in mind that our web special provides you with a digital copy of the artwork so you can print your own!  (This can be worth HUNDREDS of dollars!)

How do you make the posters?

Ah, we must have SOME secrets!  Just kidding... there really isn’t a secret.  Artistically speaking, we have an artist with his own particular creative composition style.  If you see our posters, you know we made them!  At the end of the day, what you are buying is this unique artistic treatment of your photographs.

Technically speaking, we use your photos with various digital art software to create the file and then we print them using 100 year ink on quality photo paper.  Our frames and mattes are similar to what you can purchase at a quality craft store.

Does it have to be sports?

NO!  We have made posters for events, businesses, retirements, and other life milestones.  There really isn’t a limit to what we can make a poster of.

Does it have to be your standard size?

NO!  We are happy to print in larger or smaller formats.  If you require a larger size, we will most likely get a local print shop to print it for us and then pass the cost on to you with a 10% upcharge for handling.  REMEMBER:  You are going to get the digital file with your order... so you can get as many large prints as you want on your own!

What are the specs on the digital files?

Your digital file will be 11 x 14 inches.  The resolution we choose, 150, 300 or 600 dpi is based on the size of the photos we are provided, but we try to make them in as high a resolution as the photos will allow.
